If you are having troubles installing or launching our products, please make sure that you meet the minimum system requirements (usually Mac OS X 10.3 or later). You can find your OS X version by clicking on the Finder icon in the Dock, and then choosing “About this Mac” from the apple menu at the top-left corner of your screen.
